1.How does SlickWear work?

SlickWear is a socially conscious, eco friendly retail store that donates a portion of its sales to various nonprofits around the world.

Our goal is to collaborate with socially conscious organizations to help raise awareness for their cause while also raising donations that can help make a measurable difference in the world around us. We hope to accomplish this by using the power of social media to help spread the message of the organizations we have partnered with. So, please comment, like and tweet about our products, initiatives and non-profits to help spread their message and raise awareness for their cause.

2. Why not donate more?

We at SlickWear do not manufacture the products in our store. Our goal is to help grow the eco friendly fashion industry while also supporting socially conscious organizations by donating a percentage of our proceeds. Thus, how much we can donate is determined by how much we pay for the products we carry. We took an average and made a Donation Table that our customers can use to see how much of their purchase is being donated.

The rest of the money generated by sales goes towards operating expenses and our own personal initiatives, which include micro finance loans, t-shirt program, missions to support eco friendly projects and many others, that we hope to accomplish by the end of 2012.

 

3. Will SlickWear expand its product selection?

We are always on the lookout for new eco friendly and socially conscious designers that want to work with SlickWear. Keep checking back for updates on new products and designers available on SlickWear.org!

4. Can I return my purchase?

Yes! You have 30 days to return your purchase. Please contact us at customersupport@slickwear.org to get the return process started.

 

5. Is your website secure?

We at SlickWear do not take security lightly. That is why we decided that all of the payments and billing information on SlickWear.org will be processed by either Google or PayPal.

 

 6. How long does it take to get my order?

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 days of purchase. Depending on your location, your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks.

 

7. How much is shipping?

For orders within the United States, shipping is a flat rate of $6.99. A tracking order number will be emailed to you once the order has been shipped.
